I wish the first chapters had been more concise. Chapters 4 and 5 had too much information, were densely compacted, and chapter 5 was way too long.

Almost entirely this was a very clearly written and understandable course. Highly educational, and very satisfying to have earned a certification!

The course is broken into short sections and it's well-organized. I was impressed with the actors on the example phone calls! Great job, actors. :)

The course was quick, comprehensive, and easy to understand. Very effective for quickly teaching the basics you may need in a contact tracing role.

This was a good course. I got to learn more about contact tracing and there was a lot of applied knowledge I can use to succeed in the real world.

Being a contract tracer requires a great skill and attention to detail. You have to be a good problem solver and creatively solved those problems.

The training was at a good pace with many examples and quizzes throughout each lesson to test/reinforce your understanding of the topic discussed.

It was very simple, explained well with the content and the demo videos. Thank you for doing this and educating many people during this pandemic.

Great course!!! Just one thing for me. The speaker spoke way to slow for me. I got bored during the reading and started to lose interest at times.
