The course has been very informative. It does not only equip you with knowledge of how to become an effective Contact Tracer but with Knowlege about Convid -19, effective communication, and added social and problem-solving skills.

This course really helps me to understand on how to approach and gain information form patients correctly. Really helpful not just for COVID-19 related patients counseling, but also for the general patient counseling and approach.

I thought this was a very well laid out course. I liked the instructor, her voice was pleasing to listen to during each of the video sessions. She spoke clearly and distinctly. The material provided was thorough and comprehensive.

This corse was clear and informative. I wish as a nurse they offered something like this at the start of Covid 19 in the hospitals. I feel if they did it would have created a smoother more effective response to treating Covid 19.
