Course was very well done. The quizes were helpful at the end of each section. I think all contact traces should watch this. Especially the role playing videos. Very helpful.

Very good information and comprehensive coure. Shows you how to determine Covid-19 cases and how to eplain and deal with cases on the phone. I would highly recommend this course.

This course is relatively easy to complete and if nothing else it will give more than a rudimentary introduction to how important contact tracing is in public health emergencies.
