I really enjoyed this 5-module course on Leading Organizational by Dr. Daniels and Dr. Campbell from Kennesaw State University, University System of Georgia. It helped me organize and frame my own experiences, as well as continued enquiries in the subject matter, as to how you more effectively lead the conversation, get buy-ins, rally all stakeholders for the common goals and objectives, and execute it through collaboration. Compared with the backdrop of change theories, if the course content yields confidence in itself; the way the instructors deliver makes it engaging. I am already better at what I do!

Accurate information but through a painfully dry delivery.

Course material is quite basic, videos are boringly read by the speakers and lots of material is just given for individual reading.
Massive issue with the final assignment, which is NOT BASED on Organisatonal Change at all, but on material studied in another course of the specialization.
DO NOT SIGN UP if you only want to complete the Organizational Change course. You won't be able to complete the final assignment!!!
